Over the years, we experience the loss of our friends and loved one's.  Some pass way too young and others live a long and fulfilling life.  After Frank D'Angelo personally experienced several painful losses to his family, several colleagues and his best friend; the decision to think about living his legacy actually became paramount to him shortly after the tragic loss of their daughter Stephanie Jean in August of 2007.  He remembered the impact the loss of this beautiful young 22 year old made to hundreds of people at her young age.  He says, "Stephanie Jean was actually living her legacy.  She empowered young children by simply walking into a room, noticing them and then interacting with them.  I realized then that our beautiful daughter was living her legacy and I personally was too busy working my life away".

Since then, Frank determined who he really was and how he was going to behave with people and why he was doing so.  Frank began leading his life and behavior as an empowering leader who was passionate about influencing human potential.  His craft as a teacher and a varisty basketball coach in his earlier years certainly involved empowering others; however in his earlier years he said he treated his craft as his job.  After 1997, his craft evolved into the business world of real estate and he began living his legacy with deliberate intent as an empowering leader.  He says, "being present and deliberate with the people you are with has changed everything for my family, colleagues, friends and career.  I absolutely love living my legacy each an every day".  Frank goes on to say that since pioneering EXIT Realty Nexus in Minnesota, his firm has attracted many like-minded real estate professionals who are truly changing lives in their own way.  Moreover, they are living their legacies with their sphere and their communities as well.

Aside from living our daily lives with deliberate intent; when an EXIT associate introduces another associate to EXIT who's then hired by management, that Associate is paid a sponsoring bonus by EXIT's corporate office equivalent to 10% of the new member's gross commissions for as long as they're with EXIT to a maximum of $10,000 per year per member.  Sponsoring residuals convert into 7% retirment residuals should one choose to retire or take a break from the real estate industry or 5% beneficiary benefits should something happen to the Associate.
