The year 2017 will clearly be a challenging year for home buyers nationwide and the Twin Cities. The National Association of Realtors just reported 4 major challenges home buyers will likely face this year.  The Twin Cities home buyers will likely face all 4 challenges as predicted nationwide.

Sellers should pay particular attention to this as every projection going forward points to increased levels of inventory.  That of course means lower sale prices for sellers.  Clearly we're at a turning point in the local real estate market.  Consulting with an informed real estate professional will be critical this year.
